A few cases ___

(01) Party A is the supplier of a plant for Party B. The plant has been fullly operating for two years. Party B claims Party A has not fullfilled the contract properly. The final payment of 20 million US $ to Party A is being withheld. Party A engages ACCELL to accellerate business. Result after 3 months:
Agreement how to settle the punch list, payment of schedules amicably agreed, release of performnce bonds, service contract concluded.
(02) Party A is in a consortium with Party B for a project to be implemented for Party C. The project is serverely delayed. Al parties raise claims against each other. The financing banks are hesistant to release further cash. Party C engage ACCELL to accelerate business. Result after 4 weeks: Project management team restructured, project time schedule revised and confirmed, all claims waived or settled, payment schedule revised, further payments ensured, ACCELL has been asked to perform review meetings every 2 months to stabilise the project.
